It shall be the policy of Washtenaw Community College to cooperate with public school districts in the delivery of continuing education and community service programs, and to make fee-for-service arrangements with public school districts when it is mutually beneficial to do so and when such arrangements will enhance the delivery of college services to communities in Washtenaw County.
