This is a 160-hour Local Corrections Office Academy, approved by the Michigan Sheriff's Coordinating and Training Council (MSCTC) and designed for correctional personnel supervising inmates in Michigan county jails. It is open to all in-service Corrections Officers as well as all pre-service personnel looking for a career as a professional corrections officer in Michigan.
