Story of Garrett’s
Chef Don Garrett taught at WCC for 26 years as department chair and chef instructor. He helped the College achieve accreditation with the American Culinary Federation , and in 2000 the Ann Arbor Culinary Association named him “Chef of the Year.” The restaurant is named in his honor.
